Thurday Night Lights Football Game - Georgian International

THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

big city lights.

Thursday Night Lights (TNL), a series of high school football games showcasing the very best in community sport and school spirit, began in 2006 as a way for parents to see their children play football first-hand because many games had been played in the afternoon and parents couldn’t attend due to work commitments.  In five short years, it became a local phenomenon with football fields transformed into a stadium atmosphere complete with light towers, 400-seat bleachers, food concessions and vendors. TNL now attracts on average 3,000 fans per game comprised of students, parents and the local community who come out to watch and support organized youth sport.  Admission fee collections at the gate raise over $15,000 each season for local community charities.

Georgian International’s Automotive Group is a proud and significant sponsor of the halftime Kick & Win contest, which gives one lucky adult the chance to win $10,000 towards the purchase of a vehicle at one of Georgian’s automotive dealerships.
