BRAESTONE WINTER CLASSIC

BRAESTONE WINTER CLASSIC

a great canadian tradition.

Hosted by Braestone Farm and volunteers from the neighbouring Braestone Estates community, The Braestone Winter Classic is an annual pond hockey tournament in support of the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Care Centre at Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH).

The inaugural tournament occurred in 2022 and quickly grew the following year eclipsing over $175,000 raised in the first two years alone. Close to 200 participants take to the frozen pond at Braestone Farm to participate in the great Canadian tradition of pond hockey for an even greater cause and a year’s worth of bragging rights for the winners.

Complete with a trophy for the champions to hoist, the event welcomes participants and fans with live entertainment, a kick-off party, silent auction, and food and drinks served by The Ktchn at Braestone Club.
